Studio Pilates
Studio Pilates session are designed to offer the full Pilates Method to clients, utilising ALL Studio apparatus.
Sessions are personalised to each individuals' goals and clients can expect to use: Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector.
Mat Pilates
Join our Mat Pilates classes and experience a whole body workout in a supportive environment, designed for all levels.
Choose from our 3 different class types: Mat Foundations, Dynamic Fusion Mat and Restore and Stretch Mat.
Infrared Sauna
Boost your recovery with Infrared sauna sessions.
Weekly sauna sessions can improve cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation, aim in muscle recovery, and deep relaxation.
Remedial Massage
Our highly experienced Remedial Massages Therapists Target specific areas of tension, promoting recovery and relaxation. Trained in dry needling and cupping along with other massage techniques. Remedial massage treatments reduce muscle pain and inflammation, improve range of motion and aid in the treatment of sports related injuries and chronic pain.
